Reserve bristle tip without skin

It is a piece of Gran Reserva Serrano ham originating in Aragon and with a minimum of 15 months of curing. It weighs more than 2,500 kg approximately. This piece is the result of crossing with Duroc pig, always selecting large mother females. Thus, this cross gives the ham infiltration, grain and sweetness to the piece.
