All our products are sent perfectly packed and protected so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problem with the packaging such as bumps or breaks upon receipt of the shipment, please note this circumstance in the acknowledgment of receipt from the transport agency. If these circumstances are not stated, the return will not be possible.
RETURNS OF HAM AND PALLETS:
All the hams and shoulders that can be purchased in our online store are guaranteed. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
1. Bad odor once the product has been started.
2. Excessive amount of fat. For Iberian products, a fat percentage of 40-50% of the total weight is considered normal.
3. Once started, returns will not be accepted if the difference in weight is more than 10% of the total initial weight.
4. For their correct return, they must keep the original packaging and wrapping.
Returns will not be accepted for any other reason such as curing point, salt point, product image, etc. If you have preferences about the healing point, please indicate it in the comments of the order.
RETURNS OF THE REST OF PRODUCTS:
The rest of our products are of the highest quality/price and are equally guaranteed. Returns will be accepted if the product gives off a bad smell or is in poor general condition. Products that are not to the customer's liking due to image or aesthetics will not be accepted as returns.
