Acorn-fed Iberian ham

The diet of the Iberian pig is based on acorns and aromatic herbs during the montanera.
 When cut, it has an intense and uniform red color, of homogeneous consistency and with the typical intertwined streaks of fat characterized by the breed and the diet.
 Indicated in all diets.
 Its weight is approximately 8,500 kg.
